At MatchingCuties, every item is unique and printed on demand just for you as soon as you place your order. Due to this customized manufacturing process, we enforce a strict return policy.
1. Defective or Misprinted Items
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or a glaring printing issue (misaligned print, altered colors, etc.), we commit to resolving the situation quickly.
In this specific case, the costs for replacement or refund are entirely covered by us.
2. Sizing Errors and Changes of Mind
Since each garment is custom-made for you, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:

Sizing error: Please refer carefully to our size guide before finalizing your purchase.

Change of mind: We cannot take back a product if you change your mind after it has been printed and shipped.
3. How to Submit a Claim
If your item arrived damaged or has a printing defect, here is the procedure to follow:
