SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY

Because MatchingCuties loves the planet, we use a print-on-demand model! Every single t-shirt and sweatshirt is printed especially for you once you place an order. 

1. Fulfillment Time
It takes 2–7 business days to create your custom apparel. 

2. Shipping Time
Once your order is printed, it is handed over to our shipping partners. Shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA & Canada: 3–6 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days

Total Estimated Delivery = Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time.

3. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at [ Your Support Email ].

4. Customs & Import Fees
International orders may incur customs fees. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection, as each item is custom-printed just for you. Please review our sizing charts carefully before ordering.

1. Damaged or Misprinted Items
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. If you receive a damaged item, please email us at [ Your Support Email ] with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product. We will gladly send you a replacement at no cost.

2. Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.

3. Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility (Printful). You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
